Location: Right next to Shin-Sapporo station so super easy to get around as that has both JR and local lines for Suica and JR Rail pass access. Suica is underground and JR is above in case confused. Plenty of kombini around so late-night snacks or dinner. Rooms: Super spacious like the 2nd biggest hotel I got in my whole holiday. The bathroom was spacious and worked well. A little funky colouring but not bothered with that. Super clean and fresh towels daily (some didn't do this). Service: Staff were helpful in English & Japanese. Probably more efficient for Google Sensei (translate) when unsure. but eh. Wifi was great and common areas were bougie.

Quite a majestic and quiet 5 star accommodation that stands tall in the centre of shin-Sapporo. Easy access from Shin- Sapporo. Awesome view from room of entire city in white snow! Very friendly staff. I was even given an early check in even though the check in was 3pm. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. Price of accommodation was soooo reasonable! Real value for money ! Room was super spacious. Some people commented as dated hotel but it was something that I liked. Will definitely stay here again ! It’s for the people, place, awesome view, breakfast and price! Just book this place and you will not regret it!

Instead of staying near Sapporo station, we chose to stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo near Shin-Sapporo station. It has direct access from New Chitose Airport without being too busy like Sapporo Station. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Shin-Sapporo Station. We had a lot of luggages so it was easy to transport them to the hotel. We also liked the amenities. We flew to Sapporo so it was perfect for us that we do not have to bring toiletries.

Great location/access to transport. Subway entrance and shopping mall are just across the road. JR station is 2-3min walk. The hotel room is good-sized, and hotel lobby is massive. The shopping centre closes a little late so it's a good place for a late night snack and grocery run. I requested a high floor room and views are amazing.

Ria

Friendly and helpful staff. Carried our bags to our room for us when we arrived late. Able to store our bags the next day while we went looking around. Location 2min walk from the Shin-Sapporo station and a 25min train into the city. Lots on offer for breakfast in the morning. Comfortable room, big bed and good amenities.
